Scaffolders price by elevation, height and duration. Those are easy to under or overstate on the phone, which is how two quotes for the same house end up hundreds apart.
It asks what a scaffolder asks
Property type, wall length, working height, number of elevations, hire period, region and extras. The same inputs, so the output is a realistic baseline rather than a guess.
It shows the working
You get every component itemised: area, rate per square metre, regional adjustment, extra hire weeks, permit and VAT. That is what lets you see which line item makes one quote dearer than another.

標準のレンタル期間は？
英国の見積もりの多くは4〜6週間を含み、6〜8週間を最低期間とする会社も少なくありません。追加1週間あたり、通常は当初見積額の5〜10%です。
点検の責任は誰にありますか？
足場を組んだ会社が、初回使用前、その後7日ごと、および安定性に影響しうる事象の後に点検し、書面の記録を保管する義務があります。
自分で足場を組めますか？
単管足場はCISRS研修を受けた足場工のみが組むべきです。事故時の法的・保険上の責任は、組んだ者が負います。
個人情報は共有されますか？
既定では一切共有しません。明確に同意した場合にのみ業者へ渡され、その同意はいつでも撤回できます。
足場の費用は週あたりいくらですか？
住宅工事の多くは物件の規模と地域により週300～900ポンドです。単独のタワーなら週30～175ポンド程度に収まることもあります。全周の足場は1,000ポンドを超える場合があります。ご自身の工事に応じた金額は上の計算ツールをご利用ください。

はい。人件費と許可費用が高いため、ロンドンと南東部は通常、全国平均を20～30％上回ります。
